6 UN nations have failed to endorse the delegate, debro, after been given a 3 day warning.
These nations include;
Federation of UN Protectorates Commonwealth of Sileightyans Republic of Anak-sunamun Empire of Punalandia Republic of Cugbig
without their endorsements Debro is still delegate having 13 more endorsements than any other UN nation. banishment seems a bit too extreme in my opinion but the only four punishments we have are Regional suspension/banishment, and forum suspension/banishment.

UN Protectorates Most Recent Government Activity: 10 days ago
Commonwealth of Sileightyans Most Recent Government Activity: 1 day ago
Republic of Anak-sunamun Most Recent Government Activity: 5 days ago
Empire of Punalandia Most Recent Government Activity: 23 hours ago
Republic of Cugbig Most Recent Government Activity: 2 hours ago
Nations with bold should receive another TG, with the corresponding constitutinal section this time, the others haven't got the chance to endorse me....
I don't think that we should kick anybody for this....this is a democratic region after all. But maybe we could insert their name in the WFE..?

Any type of banishment seems a bit harsh, although I think simply suspending them from the forums may not be a punishment at all, if they aren't active here. I would suggest you email them one more time, giving them a second chance and warning them of whatever punishment is decided here before going through with it.

Ahh, capitol idea about the WFE Debro! I wish i had thought of it earlier, regional embarassment might do the trick.

Blah, "your proposed WFE is too long" I would have to cut the cabinet or the alliance list.... but i think that those are far more important...

Darn. well I'll go and TG the "active" ones again. I really think they just don't understand that it's in the constitution that they have to endorse the Delegate, since none of them are on the forum.

Guys...
Your banning people simple because they didn't endrose Debro... Why not ban everyone who isn't in the UN, and people not in COIN. We are a region that doesn't have requirements. How much does it really matter? Is it worth loosing nations because something this trivial?

hm. As long as Debro has the most endorsements, things should be fine. I doubt these guys are active on the forum anyway, so they probably are doing their own thing, kind of 'cut off', from the rest of the region.

Debro:
TWWK:

I don't see anyone who suggested to kick somebody just for this...It's in the constitution, that's all. And the more endos the delegate has, the more his weight in the UN, and with an inactive founder, it come handy when an invasion occurs.

hm. I see
What do you mean with active founder? I never really understood the term. (is an active founder just the founder logging in?)

Yeah...see, when automaticz don't log in for, say, 10 days, a raider group can occupy the region, kicking the natives, scrapping the WFE, etc. Founders have unlimited 'influence' which means, they can kick as many radiers as they want. Delegates, on the other hands, have limited 'influence'. That means, i could kick, say 20 raiders, but after that, i cannot allowed to do anything. I'm 'superpower'(my influence level) now, that means i have quite high inlfuence. The more endos i have, the more influence i gather.

How can we let fear influence our decisions?
I suggest we remove this endorsement thing from the constitution.

Then we have to remove the whole head delegate section from our constitution. I see nothing wrong in this. Everybody can run for this post, everybody can call for an interim election.....where's the problem? We ELECT this position. The only way to do this, is to request members to endorse the elected delegate.

We wouldn't have to remove it all, just the part that says everyone must endorse the Head Delegate.
I just think it is Ridiculous to force everyone to endorse the Head Delegate. Sure their may be some advantages to having everyone endorse the HD, but at what cost? Are we not a region that has no requirements?

Regional- your nation would be kicked out of our region on NS
Forum- you would not be allowed to post on this forum.
