yeh not much of an empire anymore. But theres still a commenwealth! the queen is still on Canadian and Australian money- maybe other places but i dont know.

Its a cespool of government corruption. NJ is the worst-taxed state, and has the greatest budget deficit of any state. Our average property taxes are $5,180. Second on that list is N. Hapshire, at $3,900. Were tied for the highest sales tax at 7%. And our state income tax ranks 3rd. Yet this budget deficit isn't going anywhere because of no-pay jobs, pork-barrell projects, and special interest gifts to politicians.
