Its illegal to be a member of another region without a good reason (like liberation a place). What I did (help a region) was legal, leaving without reason like that is bad.....

By reason I mean permission type of reason. If you leave without a reason presented to the leadership of IN I think your in trouble and loose your citizenship until you return and stand trial (am I right Nibu, Dgarten, Debro?)

what doesn't really make any sense is that if he's leaving the region....then why would he care if the region he's leaving presses charges on him?

I don't think their is anything against the law about leaving, although he does loose he job.
Not that i'm sad to see him go.

I'll be rpg chief! I got a clean record of offenses (no charges EVER against me). I have been in the RP longer, and probably would of been kalecton's successor if he had to choose.
