no- you get promoted just once for spying- otherwise you can become, say, a Major without doing anything else.

(edit) Oh, and what about that Plebian guy? I know this may seem paranoid and sound like a plot for you to not vote for him, since I'm running too, but isn't it just a little weird that the guy barely has 10 posts and he starts running for a government position? Just a caution, and probably an unfounded one, but it just seems a little weird...
Anyway, speaking of ranks, what's mine? I know I've participated in at least 2 or 3, maybe even 4 military things. Lemme think..
Trav Khar (I think we finished that, right? Even so, it's basically ours, anyway)
Corrigador (That was a failure, does it still count?)
The New IN (Kardas said it was a failure, but it seems pretty successful)
Cazelia (how did that turn out? I'm pretty I participated in that)

I'd like to keep foreign relations with Aero City smooth at the moment, that's why.
and as for ranks, the way I see it:
TK: for people who didn't participate yet, you can get promoted once Nibu grabs power there again.
Cazelia and Corrigador: don't count
New IN: we haven't done anything there yet so it doesn't count

Okay, first order of business. We need official members of INIA. Those in the INIA will be spies and soldiers. As you know, Lieutenant Primus Orios is Head of the INIA. I'm volunteering by the way. You must be commited to some "hardcore" spying and I'm think of making all recruits take a test to see if they're any good for spying.

AoD should be your main target. Past intel. revealed that they were definetely a threat to IN.
