@ Kazzerland: I did not say no because I wanted to see how everything worked out first. And if I said no, I might seem a little dictatorial, and I encourage people to voice opinions in the military.

I'm now the UN delegate, however I don't have the power to boot the founder or old delegate yet. It appears I will have to try and maintain control untill I can boot them.
I booted one nation before I knew I couldnt boot them all, so if you were booted please return.
