Just a small note- don't name the Military Province anything obvious like Military Platform of International Nations. For security reasons, it's best that we act 'anonymously'
Well, we can gloat with Trav Khar, but only after Nibu refounded the place.

We need a decoy region with a forum and an entire functioning constitution and such.

no need for forum and constitution- there are plenty or regions who dont have those and our decoy region will never be big.
