'the Rock' is a martyr. What a tragic, yet, inspiring tale of nationalism. Good job
PS; I stickied it for ya

Cool. Very creative. Maybe if you ever have more time, you could make a more detailed version. But this one is cool, too. ;D

I am thinking of making a longer story with everyone here in it. It will be cool.

Wow, that story had everything. Action, horror, romance, mystery and even a car-chase through a busy urban conurbation. Well, maybe not the last four but it makes up for the loss in themes through sheer longevity.

I don't follow. If Owtopia (in the rpg section) is an apperently horrible dictatorship (well, an Empire now), who would want to put a dictator into office? I mean, it's a good story, and I liked it, but I think that "The Rock"'s not had very much edumacation...

I never said I was a horrible dictator/emporer. I have never committed any attrocities or genocide or anything like that. Emporer Owen is not evil, it's just that he is trying to keep order. It worked for Rome until they got to big and to hated by people outside the empire.

I never committed any attrocities. And I said Rome worked well as an empire. I never said they did not committ atrocities.

True. But I'm sure you have some skeletons in the closet. And when I find them, you're going down, boy. You'll be going away for so long they'll throw away the key.

Uh, Rome mercilessly killed Gauls for little to none reason. They wanted more land, but they usually didn't just kill civilians; I'm pretty sure they cruelly tortured them, too. And you torture and kill civilians... and you told me in real life that, in your country, people are randomly sniped out by the government... But that could have been something different.
And besides, no matter how nice, polite, and peace-loving a dictator/emperor is, nobody wants to be ruled by one person with absolute power.

Uh, Rome mercilessly killed Gauls for little to none reason. Leader of my puppet Crazy Gauls: "Let's form an angry mob and destroy Rome! What about Sukarno? I'm sure there are others too

@casinecro-That was a joke. And, my people don't care who rules them as long as they aren't persecuted, which is how this story began.

Yeah, I knew it was a joke. But even so, (and not to beat down on your story here) if people had a choice to chose their own government, I'm pretty sure they'd choose a democracy. But maybe that will be explained in the story *hint wink hint*

My people are happy. STOP PUTTING WORDS IN MY MOUTH! YOU DO NOT CONTROL ME. Weeeeewwwwooooooo. Cops come and arrest me for a crime that I will not mention and I run away screaming "YOU DON'T CONTROL ME!" then I pull out a tommy gun and shoot them.
