Depends is the monk a kickass Catholic monk group like the Jesuits? The founder was a soldier! If its a kickass Catholic monk group then yeah no doubt, if its not and its some dude who calls himself a monk because he doesn't want to work and just has a cardboard box and says he is some new kind of monk, no.
