-Head Delegate is in charge of UN affairs
-Head Delegate has the right to be a MOD on the forum
-Head Delegate can veto any bill passed by senate that has less then 75% support of voters
-Has the right to regional controls
B. Terms & requirements
-Must be in the UN
-Head Delegate is whom ever is the UN Delegate
-Is to be elected on the 21st of every other month

Well, I see one small thing we'd need to fix.. It says 'Head Delegate is whom ever is the UN Delegate'

Need to remove that. And add under 'Rights & Job Duties' Heads Delegate is to be the UN Delegate of International Nations. So it look like this;

The fourth paragraph of the constitution is rendered null and void, therefore replaced with the following paragraph:

-Must be in the UN
-Must be the member of the Senate
-Have to be elected every other month on the 21st
-Cannot serve more than 6 months in a row

C. Order of election / Endorsements distribution
-Elected together with other governmental post - after the elections, ALL UN-members of the region MUST endorse the elected Delegate. Breaking this law will results in a trial.
-The High Judge is responsible for the procedure.
-Sends out warning telegramms
-In case of ineffectiveness, decides about punishment.
-Non-delegate nations can only have half of the endorsements owned by the delegate.

D. Revocation
-All senators have the right to call for a mid-term election in case
- has the support either the Founder,Head of Senate, or the High Judge
- has the support of the Senate (75%)

this would give more responsibility to the high judge, and would meet automaticz's wish.....to boot ppl when needed. And - it's democratic, since we would hold trials....
