The following sections of the constitution will be reformed: Section III and Section IV: - The office of the Head Senator will be incorporated into the office of the Head Delegate. - The co-head senator will be renamed Deputy Head Delegate, and is appointed/dismissed by the Head Delegate. Has the ability to propose law- making. - Deputy Head Delegate must be removed from office under the condition that a public vote of no confidence gains a 2/3 majority.
Section V: - Revocation the Founder's veto power
Section IX: - The office of the Head of Defence will be made a sub-office (terms outlined under Section XI).
Section XIII: - The Head of International Relations will be coupled with the post of Head of Recruitment. - This post will be renamed 'Foreign Minister'.
None: - Law, as proposed by the new Deputy Head Delegate, will be added to the constitutional document when passed.
