So far i haven't got a competitor, but i hope i'll have one, so here's my manifesto.
Before my term as delegate, i've promised several things. Let's see my old manifesto...
Well, right now, we have 62 nations, and it's slowly increasing....that say all. Indeed, I couldn't achive it alone, a huge thanks goes to Deutschgarten and to everybody who contributed to the recruitment campaign.
Activity
New nations in the region isn't enough. We need to encourage them to participate in the legislation, on the forum as a whole. As an active Delegate, I'm going to increase the activity.How? I think that I made large steps toward it. The newspaper and the forum guide will help the new members. Also, informing them via telegrams and the WFE is a good practise.
I've improved the forum during my term, and I belive we have far more active members on the forum - partly because of this, partly because the new RPG system. And of course, the increased population of the region.
Well, the CSA remained our closest ally. Sadly, the GSA fragmented, and probably we'll have to abandon this alliance. I've improved the relations with the NSCP; I hope we can forge closer relations in the future(an ambassador would be good from them)
Democracy
As the practise showed us, our constitution isn't perfect. I always tried to make it better, and i will contribute to it in the future, too.
First, our military isn't working at all. I'm not sure that we really need it. When we need it, we should reform it. The Head of Defense post was inactive in the past. I'm going to amend this paragraph of the constitution; we should either abolish this post, or make it as a sub-office.
Th founder rights aren't democratic at all. We don't elect the founder, so his privileges(veto power) should be abolished. However, in case of invasion, we must draft a law for the "Martial Law". My idea is that a co-founder(or the founder itself) should write a list of the nations(census) every week. Then in case of an invasion, the founder can easily boot every invader without the risk of booting natives.
The great constitutional reform started, hopefully we can finish it soon according to the princibles above, with one exception. The survey showed that the Senate would keep the Head of Defense post as an electable one.
Prosperity

To ensure the region's prosperity, we must keep the forum active, and interesting. The Peguin Ninjas, the forum games, the political debates or the newspaper are all good things, and i'm going to encourage these activities.
Many new publications started during the summer, however most of them are neglected. Hopefully this will change in the future. The Monthly Leftist is active, the next issue will be published soon.
RPG
With a new, experienced RPer in the region, we can further improve the appeal of the forum. We must make sure that we have enough people for a good RPG section, and I'm going to help this with everything i can.
The RPG-system is working and attracting a lot of new members. Thank you, Kaleckton! I belive i helped where i could(like the maps, etc).
So, the motto remains the same: Development, Prosperity, Democracy! I'll continue the good policies.

So far the recruiting campaign was a stunning success. Now, the population is 37, and it was 27 when we started this. Take into account that between that period, several nations ceased to exist, so the population would be around 23-25.
As a delegate, I'm going to continue the campaign as far as needed. The Head of recruitment post was neglected lately, it was a big mistake.I'm going to change this.

Altrough this is another post, the other regions usually contact with the delegates when they want an alliance.
During my term, the alliances with the Grand Sector of Armys and the Communist Socialist Alliance were finalized. I'm registered on both region's forums, and keeping the friendship between the regions as an ambassador. The Nationstates Communist Party approved our alliance, and the AoSS gave positive feedback, althrough informaly. So as the ICU, and the Deep South.
That's six active alliances during the Deutschgarten's and my terms, and we should continue this open policy.I'm going to work together with the next Head of Foreign Relations, to make as many active alliances as possible.
Also, two small regions want to become our province. This will help to advertise our region, and we can help these little regions to become bigger in the future. This is also a good policy.
