Hey, I just noticed we don't have a head senator. I'm not necisarily saying I want to run for or be the head senator, but what responsibilities would he/she have to have, and should we get one?

Here's a Direct quote from the constitution which should cover the answer:
III. Head Senator
A. Rights & Job Duties
-Head Senator has the right to set up all voting polls
-Head Senator has the right to be a MOD on the forum
-Head Senator has the right to appoint a Co-Head Senator
B. Voting Poll setup Requirements
-Law polls must have a minimum length of 3 days voting time
-Amendment polls must have a minimum length of 5 days voting time
-Alliance polls must have a minimum length of 4 days voting time
-Election polls must have a minimum length of 5 days voting time
C. Terms & Requirements
-A new Head Senator is to be elected every other month on the 21st
-A person cannot serve more than 3 terms in a row
-Must be in the senate to run

Yeah, I think I want to run...
So, should there be some kinda debate? Or should someone just go ahead and set up polls and stuff?
And let's just clarify who's running.

Dunno, I'm either gonna run for Head senator or head of International Relationships, so gimme timee to decide..
Oh, and should someone post November elections? I would like to be able to run/vote before Thanksgiving...
