Let's start the debate.
I think that we should write a whole new constitution, the old one is confusing.I think that we need a detailed constitution.
So: My first suggestions: -revoke the Founder's veto power -Unify the Head of International Relations and the Head of REcruitment(new name:Foreign Minister - shorter and better) -Unify the Head delegate and the Head Senator post(The HS isn't that important...just making polls....) -Strenghten the Co-Head Senator post(to balance the HS-delegate powers) -Turn the Head of Defence to a sub-office. -Integrate the laws to the constitution, abolish the ability of law-proposing, only leave the constitution(more simple) Opinions? --------------------------------

Completely agreed. Also I would like to propose:
- Standardization of voting times for Law, Amendment Alliance and Election polls.

That's already included, however only the minimum lenghts.

Yeah, but that also means that it could be an indefinate voting period. It should be a week for all of them, like in the CSA.

Abolish the voting at all! like in the Soviet Union. But to be serious - it's a good idea to set up a maximum.

What about min of 5 and max of 7 for all?

Sounds good to me, makes the work of the HS/delegate easier.

Ok, put that all into one document and I'll set up a poll for it.

Ah, i guess we should completely redraw the whole constitution. for example:
I'm not sure that this is neccessary, in this form. I think that the newcomers would really welcome whole sentences instead the -blahblah -blahblah II -blah
style.

Oh, not........exactly. Common work! I've already wrote this: Respecting the principles of the Constitution, but realizing that the document isn't efficient enough, the Constitution hereby rendered null and void, replacing it with the following:

I'm currently writing up the bill. It's hard work, but I'm getting there.

Problem: how would the post of co-head senator be strengthened? And what would the new title for him/her be now that the actual head Senator is the Head Delegate?

I was thinking on it too...Maybe the Head Delegate(we should find another title, perhaps) could appoint him, but from the opposing party, or only an independent senator could be the co-hs.

Got it: The Co-head senator becomes the Deputy Head delegate, and proposes the law. But can be dismissed by Head delegate.

Hm, but this way, the delegate could easily appoint a puppet....How about no-confidence vote?By the senate, and with 2/3 majority.
EDIT: and the opposing party would delegate the Deputy-candidate...(this way, the delegate couldn't appoint a fairly inactive member)

Debro, could you move it to Voting? I put it in the wrong forum.

Yeah, looks good!
But i still think that we should write a brand new constitution, and scrap the old one. That's confusing, and with this amendment, it will become just more confusing.

You could have told me that before I wrote it up. But I agree, I suppose.
