B. Voting Poll setup Requirements
-Law polls must have a minimum length of 3 days voting time
-Amendment polls must have a minimum length of 5 days voting time
-Alliance polls must have a minimum length of 4 days voting time
-Election polls must have a minimum length of 5 days voting time
C. Terms & Requirements
-A new Head Senator is to be elected every other month on the 21st
-A person cannot serve more than 3 terms in a row
-Must be in the senate to run
D. Co-Head Senator
-Is to be appointed by Head Senator
-Can be replaced at anytime at the Head Senator's wishes
-Can set up voting polls
-Acts as Head Senator in times of absence, inactiveness, if they leave International Nations, retirement, or impeachment
IV. Head Delegate
A. Rights & Job Duties
-Head Delegate is in charge of UN affairs
-Head Delegate has the right to be a MOD on the forum
-Head Delegate can veto any bill passed by senate that has less then 75% support of voters
-Has the right to regional controls
B. Terms & requirements
-Must be in the UN
-Must be the member of the Senate
-Have to be elected every other month on the 21st
-Cannot serve more than 6 months in a row
C. Order of election / Endorsements distribution
-Elected together with other governmental post - after the elections, ALL UN-members of the region MUST endorse the elected Delegate. Breaking this law will results in a trial.
-The High Judge is responsible for the procedure.
-Sends out warning telegramms
-In case of ineffectiveness, decides about punishment.
-Non-delegate nations can only have half of the endorsements owned by the delegate.
D. Revocation
-All senators have the right to call for a mid-term election in case
- has the support either the Founder,Head of Senate, or the High Judge
- has the support of the Senate (75%)
V. Founder
A. Rights
-Be a MOD on the forum
-Can veto any bill passed by senate that has less then 75% support of voters
-Give MOD status to anyone on the forum
-Can give out Pardons

A. If a crime is committed by a government official an impeachment can take place at the wishes of the senate

A. Cannot hold multiple offices
-Can hold any number of sub offices
-Founder doesn't count as an office
XI. Sub Offices
A. Are to be appointed by founder or Head Delegate
B. Both are allowed to hold other offices
C. Serve until Inactiveness, retirement, or leaving International Nations
D. Have the right to be a mod of boards that relate to their office
XII. Amendments
A. Must be passed with 75% approval of senate who have votedXIII. Head of International Relations
A. Rights & Duties
- Gathers informations about regions suitable for an alliance.
- Presents them in the Senate, and report it to the Head of Senate.
- When the Senate agree with the alliance, arrange it.
- Keeps the friendship between International Nations and it's allies.
- Can assign ambassadors to allied regions when required.
- Informs the Head of Defence when military action is required by our allies.

XIV. Providences
A. Terms of becoming a Providence
-Any region that wishes to become a Providence of International Nations must be approved by 75% of voters
-Any region that has been taken over by the Military of International Nations must have 75% of voters support to become a Providence

-Have the right to Elected a Providence Delegate
-Have the right to have their own board on the forum
XV. Providence Delegate
A. Rights & Duties
- Providence Delegate has the right to be a MOD on the forum and of the Providence Board
- Providence Delegate can veto any bill passed by senate that has less then 75% support of voters that relates to the Providence (only if their is no Providence Founder)
- Providence Delegate has the right to regional controls of that Providence
- Providence Delegate is in charge of UN affairs for the Providence
C. Terms & Requirements
-A new Providence Delegate is to be elected every other month on the 21st
-A person cannot serve more than 3 terms in a row
-Must be in the senate to run
-Must be in the UN to run
XVI. Providence Founder (If their is one)
A. Rights
-Be a MOD on the forum and for his/her regional board
-Can veto any bill passed by senate that has less then 75% support of voters that relates to his/her region
-Can give out Pardons to anyone who Committed a crime against his/her region
Order of Elections
1. General elections have to be held on the 21st of every other month. Candidates for the positions (Head of Senate, Head of International Relations, Head of Defence, Head Delegate) must announce their intention until the 21st.
If there was only one candidate on the 21st, no election needed, the candidate will be appointed as an acting official.
2. Acting Officials.
A.In case of absence, inactivity or retirement the Head Senator has the right to appoint an acting official.
B.When the general elections cannot started for more than 7 days, the Head Senator has the right to appoint a senator for multiple offices.
When more than one canditate presents until the start of the general elections (21st of every other month), acting officials cannot be appointed.
All members of the senate have the right to call for an interim election against an acting official. The Head of Seante must start the election immediately.
Acting officials cannot be mentioned in the World Factbook Entry. Posts filled with acting officials must be marked as "NEEDED". The Head Delegate is responsible for this.
3. No-confidence provision
All members of the senate have the right to propose a no-confidence provision against an elected official. 75% of the votes needed to hold an interim election.----
I. Law of International Nations
Order of legislation
-Proposals
All of the senators owns the right to propose a law.
-Pass for voting
The Head Senator or the Co-Head Senator has 48 hours to make a poll regarding the proposal
OR
Can throw it back for further debate - in case of rejection, the Official must give explanation. The High Judge has the right to force the Official to make a poll about the proposal.

The Constitution of International Nations
Respecting the principles of the Constitution, but realizing that the document isn't efficient enough, the Constitution hereby rendered null and void, replacing it with the following:Section I - Declaration of the elemental rightsInternational Nations hereby define itself as a democratic region. Anyone can become the citizen of the region, by joining with his nation to International Nations, or one of her provinces.
The Region declares that all of her citizens are entitled to the right of free speech until this act do not offend other citizens. Under all circumstances, the citizens are entitled to a fair and equitable trial in disputed cases. The region do not enforce any of her members to join any organization, like the UN,the senate(forum) or any political parties.Section II - The Senate of International NationsThe corresponding board on the forum acts as the Senate of International Nations. All citizens, who registered on the forums are considered as senators. All senators have the right to propose constitutional amendments, and have the right to vote on legislations in the voting chamber.
The Senate votes on every legislation.
Constitutional amendments needs more than 66% of those who voted.
Alliances needs simple majority, as well as every other matters.Section III - The High JudgeThe High Judge is elected by the and serve until inactiveness, no-confidence provision, retirement, or when leaves International Nations.
The High Judge shall be a senator whose independent. If the Senate isn't content with the work of the High Judge, it may call for a no-confidence provision.
The High Judge must hold a fair trial and pass judgement if crimes committed.
The following are considered as crimes:
-Spying on International Nations for a foreign region
-Multiple accounts on the forum
-Refusing to endorse the elected President
The High Judge is responsible for the endorsement distribution after every general elections.Sends out warning telegramms, and in case of ineffectiveness, decides about punishment.
The High Judge conducts a Regional Census in every three months. The results of this census is mentioned in the World Fectbook Entry.Section IV - The GovernmentThe regional government determines the regional policies on various areas, like the recruitment, foreign relations, and international representation in the UN. The regional government shall work for the citizens, and for the development of the Region.
