"Well what products do you want in particular? There are so many things you can use them for to give every technology we have and explain its use would take all day! Want simulators? Robo soldiers? Programs to hack into computers? A computer that tells you the best attack route?"

"We are at the moment at a military deficit, so the robo soldiers and simulators are most needed."

Okay then its a deal! A reasonable amount of gold for the complete immersive simulator system's blueprints and one assmebled. We give you the blueprints since once again, its not a huge national security risk.
On the robo soldiers we will agree to give you 1,000 robo soldiers a week and its control units (1,000 of them) and program (1,000 of them) that must be inserted but if you agree you do understand that no matter how much security you put into it should you ever use them against us the Kaiser and 3 other people know a backdoor to ONLY shut it down not to control it ONLY TO SHUT IT DOWN. You understand its for our own security.
Also the robo soldiers has an AI you can activite if you want, it has several mode, Seek and destroy where it will kill every moving and breathing thing except its fellow robo soldiers, sensor mode where it will kill everything but built in sensors in its fellow soldiers, your human soldiers, and machines. Of course we will include the sensors and its blueprints since they themselves aren't a huge national security risk if you figure them out. and the final version is patrol mode, should anything shoot it or its nearby brother robo soldiers the soldiers near by will fire at the direction the shot came at.
Do you understand and agree to that we could at any time fry or shutdown the robo soldier via its program if you dare turn it against us or if you tamper with it? Since its very tamper proof that without the correct before hand procedures once the entire thing is finished you cannot open if, if you do the thing will automaticaly overheat itself and burn its circitry.

"This sounds fair to me but we must also be informed of this backdoor to shut the robots down. We would like to be able to deactivate them too if there is any problem. If you give us that and everything alse promised then Deutschgarten agrees."

"Okay the password to the backdoor is (NO NATION EXCEPT DEUTSCHGARTEN AND I KNOW THIS) is Jacob, its after a movie called Games of War which was made in the 80s. We will include our above offers and the backdoor, also I reccomend your people change your password from your default password of Pawword and activate the many firewalls which will stop all hackers in thier tracks. Please note do not try to remove the backdoor if you try to remove it a signal will be sent back to our computers, if we see the error is in a mistake like a stupid dude who is drunk acidently deletes one of the files critical to the backdoor staying open and some even keep the front door open then our servers will automatically go back through the backdoor and restore any files. Trust me if you try to remove the backdoor the program itself will break because your access will be cut if you cut one of the files invovling the front door that keeps the backdoor intact.
So all I stated before, the backdoor, and restoring of all files should anything get deleted or modified the wrong way. Could I also offer maybe a tactical simulator which can figure out the perfect attack route or how many casulties will be sustained via feedback from your nation's sattelite? This has no backdoor and your upfront security will make sure no one takes the info. Its still in beta but its a huge computer, 10 yards, to process all that info to make the perfect route takes all the power and thinking, there is built in 2 foot monitor and it can hook up to a bigger TV or screen to show on screen. There is a keyboard built on the object itself and the mouse is those pads which is in laptops. From there you can control and tell what to figure out. But such a new and great technology does cost something... we will give you our brand new simulator but beware its still in beta if you give us about 10 million oros (1 Oro=1 Dollar) just once. Any replacements or new beta version model which is the most up to date will cost another 10 million, also report all bugs to us so we can advance in our research and be closer to a flawless version and we will fix them for free.
Do you agree?

"Also in order for the robots to work they must have an internet connection to send messages to the robo soldier who receives it, and of course the tactical machine needs the feedback from your satellites."
