I am willing to give you a fine sum of gold but to do so per week would have to have stronger motivations and I can assure you that we will not be attacking any countries unless they attack us.

We shall add terms as we go on, I think defending each other if attacked or provoked. If one cannot have true support then going thru an underground transfer of men would be good. We share intelligence coming from other countries that may affect the other.
Sharing computer technology to advance each other in computers.
Cheaper transfer of people to each other countries.
Trade of goods.

Ah yes, I apologize, my name is Ambassador Keith of the Great Empire of the Lord Emperor Kazzer himself. I offer trade with you. I propose my Type 2.0 Carapace Armor Suit to you for plenty of gold and uranium. I will give you 10,000 of the suits and the blue prints. This armor is made up of plates of modified highly resistant kevlar material and a special bullet resistant metal aloe on top of that. The armor is designed to be flexible, and lightweight while still providing very good protection against rifle sized rounds, shrapnel, and many other things. It also acts as a biohazard suit and has a modified land warrior system built into it. The helmet is a full head helmet with an airfilter/rebreather built into it and a target system built into the bullet proof goggles. It is also relatively cheap for what it is. So again, this brilliant suit of armor, for decent heaps of gold and uranium and whatever else you might be willing to trade.

"We have plenty of oil since we use ethanol in our vehicles. Just we have no use for any of the oil and we are not trading anyone for it, but we feel we can offer as many barrels as you probably want. Or we can just give you a large discount on our oil and sell you the oil at 30 dollars per barrel."

The field of vision inside the helmet is the same as the naked eye. The helmet can be taken off yes, but with the risk of not having a backup generator. The targeting system can be turned off and the armor damage system is only shown when you take damage.

"I asked about the helmet because our snipers do not like to wear helmets while sniping. Well what can we get gun and armor wise and anything else for 300,000 tonnes of Uranium?"

Well I suppose I could offer you one of our fine infantry assault rifles. Perhaps the M30 A5? Or do you want something less expensive to mass produce that's still a good weapon?

"M30 A5 sounds good, but we also want the armor Type 2.0 Carapace Armor Suit."

"We do have alot of solar panels, but we have even more unranium. Have no use for them cause we don't want to use them for power and nuclear weapons are banned."

The 300,000 tons is ok, but Emperor Kazzer would like as much as possible so if you are willing to give more, Kazzer would be most pleased. And yes, the type 2.0 carapace is included.
