There is a difference between my first thread about the UP and this one. The first one was just an idea that I asked my peers about. This one has all the info

Code of the United Peoples
The goal of this code is to make the world peaceful and to destroy tyrants’ powers.
Law I
The nation joining may be in an alliance or something as long as the nation accepts and follows this Code
Law II
Every member state is strongly urged to urge their soldiers (at least 500) to join the Peace Keeping Forces and the nation will upkeep those soldiers.
Law III
The Peace Keeping Forces shall be dispatched and used for the following purposes,
To help a place hit by disaster, man made or natural
If a vote succeeds to help a certain side in a war the UP General shall command them.
Law IV
The UP will not interfere with the running of a control besides offering aid if needed or after a vote, attacking them.
Law V
The PKF are no longer under commands of a country, instead controlled by the UP. The only control you have over them is to take them out from the force
Law VI
This code is a work in progress, deal with it.
Law VII
The UP General (man who controls the PKF) shall be voted in by the people every month.
Law VIII
If any member of the UP has an addition just message the founder (Primus Orios) or the UP Secretary General
Law IX
The UP SG or the UP F must initiate a vote for the new possible law.
Law X
The UP Secretary General shall be voted in every month.
Law XI
The UP G, the UP SG, and/or the UP F can be impeached with a vote, but you cannot win by 2 or less votes.
