As said in the "RPG" thread, Emperor Kazzer has declared war on Owtopia. The elite soldiers of W.K. are prepared to move in on and attack Owtopian forces at this very moment. Kazzer has said that he feels bad for the Owtopian soldiers, so he'd like to have mercy on their poor souls. So, Owtopia has one last chance to withdraw their troops.

CIW peacekeeping troops in Kazzerland rush to the Owtopian soldiers' aid.
"we do not want a civil war that expands to a regional war. We are here to protect the Owtopian soldiers so they can help in the UR peacekeeping," commented Commander Barakki. The CIW peacekeeping troops will not fire unless fired upon.
Count Sudooku flies into WK and requests a meeting with Kazzer in the hope of an effective compromise.

I send in a full task force to E.K. A series of defenses have been set up along the border. The air force has begun bombing W.K. Homeland defensive forces are active. We will not abandon E.K.!I encourage all nations to help fight W.K. I also send negotiators to neutral nations to talk with W.K/ representatives. If W.K. backs off, I will not attack. I am siding with E.K. because they are not trying to attack W.K.

- Kazzer tells Sudooku that is going to attack the forces of Owtopia immediately. He chuckled when he observed the forces of Owtopia from afar.
- The hidden defenses (that I'm sure Kardas remembers me talking about) have been activated today. It is now nearly impossible for an Owtopia missiles, bombs, etc. to touch down in W.K. The nuclear mines are activated out side of W.K.'s ports where the Owtopian Navy is stationed.
- The Heavy Kazzerland Stormtroopers are deploying a defensive perimeter around W.K. They will not engage at the moment. This defensive perimeter is being filled with reinforcements of infantry, stormtroopers, etc.
- 200 Ghost Claws are sent into Owtopian lines and begin sniping officers.
(Owtopia you get to decide the damage I inflicted, but you must be realistic.)

Several officers are killed, but a well planned counter attack gained the advantage over the W.K.units. The navy stays out of range of the mines, and the airforce will stay back for defense. Again, I ask for assistance from other nations. More defenses are built, and E.K.'s army is now better trained.Peace talks have begun.

Were CIW troops shot at or even present in the WK-Owtopia skirmish just then?
The CIW Navy comes to the shores of Kazzerland (in between the two states, that is) to encourage the peace talks. (casualties will be decided after my question is answered)

The CIW peacekeepers were at the vanguard of Owtopian forces, thus were unharmed. The nacy stationed in 'the middle of nowhere' and flies the UR flag. Thus, the navy will not fire unless fired upon.

A new alliance is formed between Owtopia and E.K. It is called the Allied Nations Against Fascism. It is controlled by General Clarence, a marine commander.

(Hey, hey! I control E.K. Owtopia....not you. And the casualties that you reported for your troops were not reasonable at all...but I'll let it slide.)

- Kazzer is still feeling bad for the Owtopian soldiers, so he'd like to give them a second and FINAL chance to withdraw before nuclear weaponry is used on their forces.
E.K.
- The Generals of E.K. do not want their soldiers trained by Owtopia. They are using the same training as the united Kazzerland used which has proven incredible in the field of battle.
- Chancellor Miller would like to know exactly what this alliance will entail and what the obligations of E.K. will be. It then must be passed by the E.K. senate.

Nuclear weapons? On land you want to conquer and on your border? That seems a bit harsh, but fine, I will leave. You win this time, fascist. All Owtopian units are being withdrawn. The LAST thing I want is a nuclear war. Cheater.

- Kazzer sees this as a fine and very wise choice on Owtopia's part. "Please, do not intervene again.", said Kazzer earlier.
- The borders are fully reinforced and the defense system remains online for security. Kazzer requests that the CIW forces leave. He does not wish to have to fight the CIW as they have had good relations in the past.
(How am I a cheater for threatening you with nukes? I've said before that I have nuclear weaponry in hidden places. And lots of it. Who says I was actually going to use them? I might've, but I might not have.)

(Yeah, I kinda had a feeling this would happen from the beginning. Owtopia would go in hoping to come out the good guy/hero, and WK would use a nuke threat and Owtopia would back off.)

- Emperor Kazzer would like to call an for an official peace treaty between W.K. and Owtopia. He also requests that all remaining CIW forces withdraw and go back to the CIW.

I'm not so sure that we have an UN in the forums. I know there's a UN in Nationstates, but it even says in the "grand hall" that it's corrupt, with no members actually commited to helping anybody. So I geuss you're the first! Congrats, buddy!
