just so you know Elmo has hypnotized(sorry if spelled wrong)all of the toddlers in my country and is trying to take it over but here is the thing Elmo made them into super soldiers i need help
oh yea and there is also a rebellion in my country

I'll help. A division of specially trained toddler-spankers is sent in. It's weapons are super-spanker-paddles that when the target is spanked, it is a normal toddler again.

ok there is a rebellion and elmo's tv show wants to take over so they put a hypnotizing chip in the puppet elmo so that show made all the toddlers into super soldiers and made them grow into a 30 year old. So i will need to gun them all down not by my self but with your help. So the elmo threat and the rebellion are taking place and if you were wondering this yes, the people who got hypnotized have very good guns.
