For the tratorious actions of krayfish, Primus Orios is going to stop it once and for all.
Kaiser Thomas offers these deals:
-I will pay 5 billion oros for you to put down your weapons and sign an agreement dissolving all missile forces, all airforce, navy, armor, and can only have a militia in wartime.

The CIW is sending half of their navy and 100,000 soldiers to just outside Krayfish waters. Grevious says the CIW will attack at Primus Orios' signal. 100 bombers and 100 fighters are also ready, as well as some tanks
My tactic: naval invasion
And 5 Kardas Dragon Riders join Primus Orios' team after the assasination attempt (up to you to decide if it succeeded)

Anyways
The CIW fleet is flying the UR flag as well as their own. They are maneuvring into a blockade. Admiral Macku said there is no intention to bombard Krayfish, until Primus Orios says otherwise. The fleet is instructed to fire warning shots at Krayfish ships, but can't actually fire unless attacked upon

Okay...
The krayfish dictator gets severly wounded in the attempt, all assassains escaped but did not exactly "kill their target". The dictator is still alive but is not well.
