National News

Tommorow is the anniversary of the glorious socialist revolution which made Teivostan what it is today. A national celebration is to be held. Large military and cultural parades will be held in every major city and free public banquets will be opened.
The leaders of the nations involved in the border crises are all invited to the celebrations (including the King) where they will be welcome to join in with the celebrations. If all visit, Comrade van Dam would like to discuss what is to be done with the Auto/Teivost border and how we could possibly end the crisis peacefully.

Around 2000 people have been rescued since the Ehlek Isle Floods occurred. Rescue operations are now tying up loose ends. Scientists note that this is the worst natural disaster ever to have happened to the island. President Vayzon thanks all countries that gave aid, and intends to give a return offer in the future.

CIW Officials have released a foreign relations report on all nations:

We are expecting the arrival of the International leaders at Woksom airport. Comrade van Dam will greet them in person at the airport and will guide them to their car where they will be driven to the Red Bear Palace, they will reside there during the celebrations. Comrade van Dam will begin the celebrations officialy when all the leaders have arrived.
Today, the first day of the celebrations, will begin with a large military parade which will be followed by a cultural parade and an airshow. The military parade will feature strict formation marching (men and women), a large amount of Teivost military vehichles and a certain amount of in-active missiles. When the parades are over the banquets will be opened to the public. The leaders will dine in the Great Hall where traditional Teivost cuisine will be served along with the finest of wines and of course, vodka. During the evening the Red Army Choir will sing Teivost folk songs in the Red Square where vodka will be freely available.
A meeting of leaders will be held in the Palace at 12:00pm sharp to discuss the border crisis.

Now Head of Defense Brittany March has taken command of the government with the absence of the Prime Minister. She has been known for her light and quirky attitude, like today, when she heard that Automaticz was sending Prince Flipper she was reported to have laughed hysterically.

Acting Prime Minister Brittany has sent fighters, bombers, and paratroopers (and their planes) to Teivostan so they can be nearby if war erupts. Also, troops have been sent on ships outside of the Teivot/Automaticz waterway filled with tanks, soldiers, and aircraft.

OOC: If you want to start a conflict Kardas we can always heaten up the Teivot-Automaticz thing with an assassination.
