Right, I've had this for a while, but only now is it annoying. in the bottom of the main page, there is this great black square which pushes aside data such as the Newest Member, and my amount of PMs.
Does it have to do with my screen resolution? (BTW its 1280 by 786 pixels)
Oddly enough, it doesn't affect whomever was online for the past 24 hours or the top members online.

It affects just the Forum Statistics board.

Should I post the screenshots I made of the square? (Its so big I needed 2)

The problem was that the guys at proboards updated the core of the forum software, and our script for the info center was written for the old proboards software.
