Ok, so i'm gonna assume he just had trouble w/ creating an account, but ah, Elainius and Ratclaw share the same IP and email (ratclaw.kol@gmail.com)
So, once I get ahold of him, i'll delete the one he doesn't plan to use. Or atleast I hope he wasn't planning on cheating...

i hope he dosent plan on cheating-we dont need that kind of trouble- and if there were a trial i would not be here for it anyway. ok i will stop going on about going away non my trip now!

I just deleted the two accounts... No one in the region was named or had names close to "Elainius or Ratclaw" And they havn't signed on since they joined the forum. I'm sure he/she will remake if he/she is part of the region and wishes to be apart of the forum.
