Amnesty for Teivostan?

Teivo has just sent me a Telegram. It said this:

Hi Kardas!

I've watched IN slip into in-activity and would like to request permission to re-join and at least try to help bring it back to life. I would dedicate myself to recruiting etc.
Just asking if you're interested

All right, before anything I'll list bits on how Teivostan affected us:
- was the puppet master of the 'fascist leaders' puppets which appeared to threaten IN. Guilty of multi-accounting and puppet-flooding
- turned on us, joined Aero City and fought against us in the ACF war
- Set up the region 'New International Nations' during our refounding and created a nation copying a puppet of Debro
- broke several RPG rules as a result of his last suicidal post on the RPG thread

However:
- He gave us (or me at least) vital intelligence on Aero City. He ended up being banned from that region. I gave him amnesty in the newly-conquered New International Nations
- He apologized for his actions, just wanting to see how he'd react.

After all these events he ended up in New Sorvun, where I had limited contact with him. Then he came here, then left to (I believe) the Soviet Union


What do you think? High Judge gets final decision I believe

i don't know really. At least, he cannot cause much damage at this point - considering that the region is indeed fairly inactive.

However, i think that he committed all the 'crimes' he could commit in a virtual community like this.

I never saw Teivostan's Action's but he did gave us info on Aero City, however made bad RP Decisions. I think we should give him one more try but someone has to keep an eye him.

Also Kardas I didn't undertans that Owtopia got raped and left can you or Debro send me an PM of how he left?

Also are you sure we're recruitng a lot. IDk if I'm suitable because I'm not UN.

on the other hand, i've noticed too, that owtopia's account was deleted and he's writing as a guest...just wondering, why. Also, the whole group, i mean kazzer-owtopia-ironwolves have disappeared....

well, kaleckton left the region due to nibu's campaign. Nevertless, i think that nibu was right.
