My vote will vary as more votes come in. I hav decided that I’ll hold a poll as several nations hav disliked some of my votes. Although it isn't necessary for the Head Delegate to hold a poll, I will from now on.

Some one wants me to change my vote from FOR, their someone from some other region... I figue I'd let you all take a looky to see if he changes your mind on the issue. I truefully couldn't care less! To the government of Neo Nibu: We have noted with deep regret that you have cast your vote in favour of the proposal currently at vote on the floor of the United Nations, “Climate Refugee Convention.” We would like to respectfully urge you to change your position and vote against this dangerous proposal. While we, of course, agree that the issues of climate change and refugees are important international issues, the proposal in question addresses these issues by attempting to institutionalise international extortion through a new UN committee, the Climate Refugee Commission (CRC) with the following clause: The CRC shall: 3. At its discretion, require each nation to accept a number of climate refugees proportional to that nation’s adverse impact on the climate, as calculated by the CRC. Alternately, and with the CRC’s consent, a nation may choose to contribute a proportionally calculated sum of money, infrastructure and/or aid to other resettlement plans. Under this clause, UN bureaucrats, accountable to no one, would be able to force, “at its discretion,” your nation to accept refugees, whether your nation is capable of doing so or not. Should your nation refuse, the CRC will force your nation to pay money. Of course, it couches this pernicious scheme in terms of a bogus choice to “contribute,” but it amounts to international extortion, pure and simple. Moreover, the alternative – i.e., paying money in lieu of accepting refuges – is not even really an true option, as the CRC still must give its consent in order for your nation to make that choice. Your nation will have no real say in the matter and no recourse through which you may object to or challenge the CRC’s mandates. We cannot have the United Nations playing at this sort of vile thuggery. This proposal must be defeated and these issues addressed properly, not through strong-arm tactics by a bunch of bureaucrats. Thank you for your time and attention. Respectfully, Sheik Nadnerb bin Cluich Cluichstani Ambassador to the UN
