Amendment I. All entities within International Nations shall be entitled to equal protection under the law. No person or state within the territory of International Nations shall be deprived of membership, liberty, or property, including intellectual property, without due process of law consisting of notification of charges or complaints, trial before a court constituted under the judicial authority of International Nations and the right to an appeal, de novo, in matters of law arising at trial. No Bill of Attainder shall issue from the Senate or other legislative body within International Nations, nor shall any executive order pertaining to the rights of any entities issue from the Head Delegate or Founder.
