The International Nations and the World of NS

I've recently joined Equinox under an old puppet of mine, and what I read there, as well as things I gained from regions while browsing, is this:

NS is in decline.

Paraphrasing the topic in Equinox, it said the age of the super-regions is over. The inactivity and recruitment problems The International Nations is experiencing is globally felt. It said so in that topic. I felt it in another region that puppet of mine was once in. The general people, in this time, have lost interest in NS.

This of course, has consequences, and what I have gained is emerging idea of 'super alliances'. The example I heard about is the Kodiak Federation. That is basically an alliance with several regions, each retaining their sovereignity, managed democratically by a select amount of Senators (more or less).

Technically speaking, here we have a larger amount of active people, and this concept brings together more NS 'old timers'.

I am not necessarily recommending this; I find it an interesting, new idea. According to some it is a way for NS to survive in glory. I am just bringing the news.

Do we want this? Is there another way? Or do we keep to the current course? Questions for all of you.

I don't know,
NS is in decline, i dont have enough time to come on NS as much as i used too so im not sure if joining a super alliance is too much work.

Joining one of these shouldn't take too much work. I could handle the alliance stuff (I can afford to be on NS daily).

However, considering the sorry state the forums are in (only 3,4 people active) I increasingly feel it's necessary that we consider this.

Yeah, I think that it would be interesting if IN joined one of these alliances. If IN stays the way it is for a couple more months we'll be the only ones left in the region. Of course we'd have to see what our King's opinion on the matter is.

I'd be willing to help too if we were to join.

Yea I have heard of these, there are different types too.

We could possible join one, although I feel it wouldn't raise activity necessarily here, but more if the super alliance had it's own forum that we'd join thus being apart of a forum with a multitude of nations that are active.
