They seem very millitaristic.
Terms:
Regions promise to help defend the other region in the event of an attack.
Promise not to attack each other.
And lastly Low trading tariffs.

Young, invader region. 19 nations. They have a forum, jellybeansd.proboards70.com/index.cgi?board=welcomebout 30 posts total. Not a democratic region at all....ah, i don't know. Do we really need them? They'll start invading other nations, so we can be targated as well in a revenge operation. And in fact our "military" is...well.... |

Ok, I have more info, I just got this TG.
I'm the invasion force commander for the Grand Sector, you have probably been speaking to the founder, The Grand Viceroy Bill.
I have a proposal, it's more or less an alliance but a bit closer.
I've been talking to the Grand Viceroy, and he suggested that we act as your 'Mercenaries,' as it were. Only more loyal.
You give me orders to invade regions that you need dealing with (I'm aware that you seem quite neutral when it comes to conflicts but...)
And in return you help us with democratic issues-- elections for example. And also recruiting.
We can also help defend you region in time of need or act as a deterrent, if need be.
We await your and your organization's decision.

I think this be alot easyer if they became a Providence, and had theri leadcer run as Head of Defence, he'd win because the support of his region, and he would do a good job I think since that's what he seems to be into.
