once we're done with Trav Khar, I say we invade this region, so we can save it from Teivo's oppression. that is, once Teivo dies or allows the Delegate there some freedom. Then we can kick out Teivo's puppet there and take it for the glory of IN!

9 days since Teivo's puppet there was active. Let's start planning, at least, if you can eject people without the use of the Regional Control (teivo barred that)

I say that once we do it we act like newbs and ask him nicely and kinda unknowingly and stuff. If he doesn't, we'll just leave. Just like that. Maybe the invasion failed, but we did give a nice blow to his pride  |

He currently has only one nation. I think that, once we take it over, we shouldn't have to much of a hassle kicking him out and shutting down his region.

Not until the nation there is updated. We can always watch the region die and then refound it ourselves. Unless I'm not there when that puppet dies, Crazy Gauls can be the founder. We can joint-found here as well

Since I'll probably be on holiday when the puppet there dies, here's what I suggest you guys do:
1. Put '2000 COIN' in your Dossier so you can keep an eye on him. That is also the quickest way to find that he's dead.
2. If 2000C COIN, as well as New International Nations are gone, create a puppet (you can use Crazy Gauls for this if you wish, just don't answer any issues please, let me do that) and use it to create the region New International Nations
3. Ta-dah! Our new province, taken by the wonderfullness of 'wait and strike' tactics!
