To promote for people to go above and beyond the calling of an averag e soldier I suggest we give out awards that people can put in their signatures. Here are all the rewards I thought of, Mr. Head of Defense tear down your wallls! 
Please consider this suggestion.

Copper Cross: For a dedication to the military beyond that of any non officer. I Award: For serving faithfully to the Military. The Eye Award: For maintaining huge spy networks and for the furtherment of IN intelligence. Shame bar: (letters held together by dirty metal) Receiver of this bar is not of glory but of shame, to get this you must cause indangerment of the security of the region. Golden Sun Bar award: The Bars are the ground and the sky. The Sun is the Miltary, and because of the reciever's contribution of an idea that was implemented the IN Military shall rise to greater heights.
