Maybe have a subforum for spies only? Also if you are a spy you have your military rank from those operations but the amount of spies you own are secret in the subforum and the spies have their own secret rank.
So if Head Kazzerland makes me Head of Intelligence I would be lieutenant in the main military but also at the same time be Chief Spy? Its so that we can always have a chain of command even with spying.

Meh, I suggested we have a Head of Intel a while ago. Since the HoD didn't have much to do then, they integrated it with the HoD duties. So until the elections are finished, I'm the Head of Intel here actually.

i make a subforum for intelligence.Kardas will receive the pw for that board, and he can give out to the spies. As for the organizational changes, either we amend the constitution, or the HoD appoint an intelligence officer, and that's all. The responsibility remains at the HoD, however. I mean, if your appointed intelligence officer makes a huge mistake, the senate will punish the HoD, since the constitution doesn't include this separate post...

Primus, essentially everything that you've suggested for the military including this are all things that I had planned for the military. I planned to officially implement them as soon as I became the HoD...though I suppose I could come up with some more ideas. |

As for Ranks, keep in mind I made up the Ranks here. Someone, if people want it, can make ranks for the INIA.
@ Owtopia and Casinecro: I'd prefer Primus Orios or Kazzerland give the final say whether you can enter INIA, but if they're not active soon I'll send you two the PW
