Things technolgy wise is starting to get shaky and I do not know what rules should be put down for restrictions on technologies. So to determine things I'm putting up a 5 day poll in which wil go into effect after the votes. All I want is to make sure that everything is fun for everyone. Myself I kinda want to just do current technologies which can be produced.

I dont really want to vote for any of them but im thinking we keep it in grounds of realism, so ballistic weaponry, tanks similar to todays if slightly advanced and personal combat equipment to be realistic and have some sort of description at least. Basically no lasers super tanks etc etc, i know i have mechs but their basically walking tanks, im talking chrome hounds sort of mechs with only ballistic and missile weaponry not lasers plasma etc.

ehh... I guess it just seems sort of unrealistic if a country is putting a massive amount of money into military technology. They would never advance...  |

Well thats the exception... But if you don't put lots of money into it then you can advance faster.

I think some of the fun of this was kinda having a technologicly advanced country (not that i didn't like everything else.) I have to agree that stuff like laser guns and, I dunno, Magic or something would be a bit to much, but if it is possible to do something, and you put enough funding into it, I think it would be ok. But only if you put enough funding into it and maybe if we had a page to confirm all major technologies in a country. I'd also like to add that we already have all of this set up, so it'd kinda be like if we started all over again. But i'm not gonna rebel or anything if we do make it "realistic"...

if you can create a weapon with blueprints and plans and everything else and put a lot of investment into it I'll allow it real easily. I am just saying this cause if we do Current Technologies which can be produced only then everyone is going to have to go to their national stats and prove every weapon that they have is real except for the ones i know but i really only know american weapons.
