Official Reports has a hurricane brewing within miles from the eastern side of Kingdom of Sad Ni Kuk. It is unknown when the hurricane will hit however it has been given category 1 and the public has been told not to worry.

Reports are flooding in as the hurricane is growing stronger and stronger by the hour. It touched the coast of the Kingdom of Sad Ni Kuk but no damage was done. It has been jumped to be expected to be a Category one to a category 3. Its route is projected to hit Kingdom of Sad Ni Kuk and the islands then go west and hit Southern Teivostan head on and go farther north to hit The Federation of Kaleckton. After that it is unknown what course the hurricane will take.

After learning that the category 1 hurricane has turned into a category 3 and is heading for southern Teivostan extra precautions have been made for the safety of our civilians.

Thank you, Kaleckton, for making this hurricane known to others. Our forecasting system is excellent, but our public warning system to our neighbors is not very good.

The regular precautions have been met (Sad Ni Kuk has experienced many hurricanes in the past, most notably the devasting Hurricane Ginger in 1998 and the less-powerful Hurricane Myra in 2005). The National Transporation System had prepared for this hurricane by the doing the following:

• Providing emergency barrels of gasoline to fuel stations along evacuation routes;
  
• Informing the public through radio, television and other means of the pre-created evacuation routes
  
• Creating plans with local transporation boards on how to evacuate quickly
  
• Opening and fully-staffing the 24 hour Evacuation line for those in need
  

We thank you again, Kalecton, for predicting the route of the Hurricane Arwen in its very early stages. Because of this, we were able to avoid possible catastrophes if the hurricane, which has now left the country, had gathered more strength.

Hurricane Arwen which has left the country of Sad Ni Kuk is gathering more strength and hits Teivostan at Category 5 with wind speeds exceeding 155 Miles Per Hour.

Millions of kalecktonian citizens panic for they have never experienced a hurricane before in there life. Thousands die due to accidents and murders. The Kaleckton Federation and Rebels have called a truce since the damage is going to be great.

The category 5 hurricane tears through Teivostan ripping the roofs off of houses, sweeping cows off the ground and creating floods. Thankfully Teivostan had enough sense not to build on the flood plains and all civilians have been evacuated from the path of the hurricane. Sadly the cows that the hurricane swept up eventually started to fall and killed 10 people. Teivostan is sending aid to the devestated areas and is increasing funding in the areas of hurricane resistance and weather control.

The hurricane gets even stronger and hits The Federation of Kaleckton with speeds topping 185 Miles per hour. Even in the mountains the hurricane is felt and millions are left homeless. Tanks are destroyed. APC's are destroyed, soldiers are killed Port Flair is absolutely destroyed as all soldiers flee from the path of the hurricane. The Rebel Weapon is picked up and drops and kills 1,000 people. Tidal waves sweep in the cities. It is expected millions have died in the first 10 minutes of the hurricane hitting. The island of Teivostan is temporary gone as the hurricane completely cover the whole island. When the hurricane went south again speeds had gone as fast as 195 Miles Per hour. The hurricane then goes back towards the islands of Sad Ni kuk with projected speeds going over 245 Miles per hour quickly becoming the biggest and most dangerous hurricane ever recorded. With the hurricane size each island in Sad Ni Kuk will completely disappear for 2 hours each. The hurricane that hit the federation of Kaleckton stayed for 5 hours. Deaths are expected to be in over 35 million in the biggest lost of life ever known to Kalecktonian history.

Meteorologists were at first baffled by the hurricane's change in course, returning back towards Sad Ni Kuk. However, the National Weather and Storm Commission (NWSC)'s prediction has come true. Here was the forecast given by the NWSC at 12:18 PM:

"The massive Hurricane Arwen will detoriate as it works its way back towards the islands of Sad Ni Kuk and towards the mainland. Although it briefly gathered a tremendous amount of energy, creating the largest hurricane on record, it quickly lost it after leaving the Federation of Kaleckton. Readings regarding the 245 mph winds were not exaggerated, however, they were taken just as the storm left the Kaleckton mainland.

The storm lost its energy after going across land, with maximum sustained winds at 170 mph, still putting it at category five. However, we expect it to decrease to 135 mph by the time it hits the islands (category 4) and back to 115 mph (category 3) if it hits the mainland again."

The now category 4 storm did hit the islands. However, they were prepared and fortunately, it seems that the islands came off fairly well. No deaths are currently reported, though approximately 15-30 people are currently missing. It is hoped that most, if not all, will be found safe. However, the damage is in the tens of millions (and could be higher) for structures on the islands. Particularly, residences and the tourism industry are is worse shape.

There is better news for the mainland, where residents once again prepared for Arwen. The hurricane moved east and missed the mainland entirely. It is now dissapating, with maximum sustained winds at 90 mph (category). This is great news for the entire storm area.

King Jun Park will offer some assistance in the way of manpower (construction, medical) in the coming months for the Federation of Kaleckton, though, due to their own hurricane damage and recent agreements for a peace keeping force, the aid will be much less than usual.

However, a number of volunteer rescue groups have already applied to Kaleckton for permission to enter borders and help the needy.

All aid is welcomed. The Federation was not prepared for such a large storm and the Guards have already found over a million dead in the first 20 minutes. Projected deaths seem to be ineffective at guessing the number dead but the damage is already expected in the hundreds of billions.

Kaiser Thomas is offering help to Teviostan in aid of 5 million Oros (1 oro=1 US dollar)

Also because of Kalecton being in the USEA and USMA Kaiser Thomas is giving 5 billion oros to President Brady to rebuild and 50 tons of computer parts and software so the government can get some computers back up if lost.

The Federation thanks Kaiser Thomas but aid in retrieving the dead and alive if any would be more helpful before the stink kills even more people who are stuck inside.



Dayana pushes aside the weak wall which fell on her and kept her alive throughout the storm in the mountains. As she walked in what use have been house she falls to the ground after seeing her brother. The storm had apparently bent a stop sign and he went through it till it pinned him down to the sign. She screams and cries to the world and walks through the destruction and sight of thousands screaming for help and even more sights of the dead in the most bizarre of ways.

Path of Hurricane Arwen:
1. The hurricane touches the Kingdom of Sad Ni Kuk as a category 1 or 2 hurricane before reaching the Sad Ni Kuk islands as a category 3.

2. Hurricane Arwen continues to move west, moving across the southern lands of Teivostan.

3. The hurricane, surpisingly, gains steam as it moves across the land (perhaps fueled by the fact that it is still on the border of land and water), turning into a category 4 or 5.

4. Hurricane Arwen moves north and continues to get stronger, creating untold devastation the lands of the the Federation of Kaleckton.

5. The hurricane loses strength, becoming a category 4 as it moves southeast through the already effected Teivostan.

6. Though the map does not show it, the hurricane actually moves a little bit further south, affecting the islands of Sad Ni Kuk, before moving east into the ocean.

The entire country mourns today as massive damage has been done to the island of Teivostan washing entire cities out to sea leaving millions homeless, thankfully everyone had been evacuated from the island before the hurricane hit and people on the mainland are opening their homes to the homeless. The missile bases located on the island have also been submerged but the missles had been lifted off of the island by helicopter long before the hurricane reached the shores. Luckily the nuclear fusion plant was only slighty damaged because of extensive hurricane and flood protection and the windfarms on the moantains to the east have been left untouched because of the high ground where they are built on. The president of Teivostan is deeply sad because of this catostrophy and makes the research of hurricane protection and weather control his second priority, rebuilding and sending aid to the devestated island being his first.
Teivostan regrets not being able to help it's neighbouring countries, but Teivostan is sending most of it's resources to restoring the island.

The return of the hurricane has shocked Teivostan, as it just misses hitting the weather control reaserch labs. Two major cities have been wiped out by the unexpected return of the hurricane killing millions and dealing a large blow to the economy. It is thought that some of the damage done to Teivostan is irepareable as the hurricane has swept over most of the country. Most civilians are staying calm as they have faith that their government will make the right desicions in helping the people although military personel have been placed throughout the country keeping troublemakers and escaped convicts under control.

Additional information regarding the crisis caused by Hurricane Arwen:
The Kingdom of Sad Ni Kuk regrets not sharing its flood/hurricane protection technology with neighboring countries. It's become a nearly annual ritual for citizens of the Sad Ni Kuk islands and the shores of the mainland to prepare for small hurricanes during the summer months. However, this year was an exception, not only because of the strength of the hurricane, but because of its unusual path.

The natural peninsula on with Sad Ni Kuk is located usually functions as a natural barrier for hurricanes. Thus, Kaleckton and Teivostan were both unprepared for this very unnatural, natural event. However, the Kingdom of Sad Ni Kuk will provide technology to prevent further hurricane damage (all in due time, as the present devastation asks for immediate help in rescue operations).

In other news, Tropical Storm Bison is developing southeast of Sad Ni Kuk, but is expected to move northeast, missing the area entirely.

The first deaths caused by the hurricane in Sad Ni Kuk have been confirmed. Three are dead, 10-15 are still missing, and over 100 are injured.

Teivostan sees the strange patern of the hurricane as a result of global warming and is putting much more funding towards green technology. Teivostan will share this technology with the Kingdom of Sad Ni Kuk because of it's generosity during this rough period. The Kingdom of Sad Ni Kuk is delighted as Teivostan's response and is eager to engage in future trade activities with their neighbor. Military and missile bases have been re-activated beacause of the danger of militia and rebels spreading from the Kaleckton Federation. Major cities are still under repair and coming along nicely. Teivostan greatly appreciates the Kingdoms help and hopes that there is something that Teivostan can do in return in the near future.

Kaiser Thomas is offering to take in PEACEFUL refugees and will bring some large planes with 5,000 robo soldiers to guard them for all peaceful-unarmed civilians. Once Kalecton is clear he is offering to transport them back.
