Attacks from the Kalecktonian rebels and militia have stopped for the moment but there is a deathly silence at the border of Teivostan with the dead bodies of rebels and militia littering the ground. Teivostan's scouts have reported sightings of large amounts of shanty towns being built by the rebels and militia a few kilometers away from the border. These shanty towns are making Teivostans soildiers nervous and a diplomat has been sent to try and negotiate with them. The Weather Control research is nearing completion and major cities have been rebuilt thanks to a dedicated workforce.
