A few weeks after The United Socialist States of Teivostan sent explorers to search for new land over seas, one explorer named Joeseph Putin has reported back with sightings of new land. He has also reported that there are natives living on this land, they call their land The Workers Union. Joeseph Putin held a meeting with their leader in an attempt to learn more about their lands. He has discovered that they are a communist-fascist people and will happily unite with Teivostan beacause of it's left winged government. They also mentioned something of capitalist enemys. They have given us a map of their lands and permitted Teivostan to set up a colony at L-02 in exchange for technology, further negotians will be made when the two nations know each other better.
When Teivostan's leader learned of the negotiations between the explorer and the natives he sent 5 ships containg resources to build a colony, 400 civilians, 100 armed military soldiers and food. The colony will be built on the designated area that the natives have offered.

The ships have arrived and the colony is under construction. The people serch for a supply of fresh water and have started hunting the local wildlife and fishing. When the colony is built, farming will begin. Walls do not seem to be nesecary because the natives seem to be quite peaceful but soldiers have been put in place just in case. The natives are keeping watch on the construction with a few militia type soldiers but more and more of their soldiers are being sent to the eastern borders to defend themselves from their firece capitalist enemys. Talks are still underway with the native leader, the natives now seem to be more eager to unite with teivostan beacuse of the desperate situation the east.

The main part of the colony has been built and farming and ports are under construction. A water supply has been found and a waterworks has been built.Plans for windfarms and a nuclear fusion plant have been made and hope to begin construction soon. We've requested to trade with the natives and they've agreed but only very few things are being traded because they need most of their recources to defend themselfes from their enemys to the east. Teivostan has sent many more ships from the homeland with supply's to advance the colony. The natives have reached a level of trust with Teivostan where they have taken away their militia.
Talks are continuing with the native leader.It seems that the reason they let us colonise a part of their land in the frist place was to request military help to defend themselfes from the east. Teivostan will agree to help if the natives hand over all land to Teivostan. If the natives agree, Teivostan will take away the fascist ways of the natives and will govern the land totaly with communism.

Ports, agricultural plots and windfarms have been built in the colony. A large amount of ships containg soldiers and military weapons are being sent to the colony from the homeland for fear of the Industrials leading a full scale invasion. With permission from their leader, military bases, airports and missile silos are also being constructed throughout the Worker Union's lands.
We are still waiting for an answer from the Union's leader if they would like to unite with Teivostan permanantly.

The ships have arrived greatly increasing military power in the colony. Military buildings are nearly complete. Diplomats have been sent to the neighboring natives, the Karmans and the Industrials and have begun talks. After thinking thoroughly about the situation the Workers Union's leader has decided to unite with Teivostan. He urges us to destroy the Industrials but we will first try to talk to them before considering attacking them.
