A message from Ronny Yee, a New World missionary from the Kingdom of Sad Ni Kuk, delivered to the Danatavian and Primus Orius colonies:
Today, General "Big Boy" (this is what we've nicknamed him - their language is done in a system of clicks and yelping) expressed to me that his fellow soldiers (and particularly their leader/god/head general) feel threatened by the nearby colonies north of the Red Bear Army civilization. They are contemplating an attack and have asked me to deliver a message to you:
They demand military goods from both of your colonies or their overwhelmingly large military force might be persuaded to attack.
I am here to spread the gospel to these natives, but I also feel a responsibility in trying to keep the peace. Thus, I am here to try to convince you to take the peaceful solution.
The Red Bear Army tribe is a militaristic one. They are warmongers and would think nothing of killing many in cold blood, as some of us have already found out. They also have an elite unit of highly skilled assassins, who right with swords and would be the pride of any modern nation.
Having never been through any type of "industrial revolution," they are armed rather lightly (low-technology weaponry - think pre-Civil War). Thus, they would accept rather outdated weaponry (certainly nothing more developed than pre-WWI weapons).
I ask that you keep the peace. They will fight in a very long war, if provoked to (most men and women here are scarred from many past battles).
The decision is yours.

The Kaiser of Primus Orios is offering them anti-parasetic technology for crops. He will not give arms to keep the peace for the lesser technological neighbors who would be at risk from the leap in tech. He doubts that such peaceful tech would please them enough so he sent machine guns and large pieces of artillery to the cities where there are wooden walls to defend themselves and more arms. All men and women who can bear arms are going on duty while 2,000 robo soldiers are sent to guard every city, 100 tanks, and a bombing run on stand by for every city.
City's garrisons 2,000 robo soldiers each 500 militia each 10 artillery pieces each 1 standby bombing run each. 5 large machine guns each 5 long range cruise missiles on standby for the capital of Primusia Wooden walls which has a ladder to get on the top of
The fort colony province: 1,000 soldiers 5,000 robo soldiers 5 bombing runs 50 artillery pieces Concrete walls with a stair case to get ontop of.
Also all cities and bases has a nuclear generator and should something go wrong the 2 keys given to the city leaders can be turned and once both are turned a nuclear explosion will occur leveling 20 miles of land to pure desert with no surviving things unless in a bunker. Also all cities and bases has a small bunker being able to hold 50 people. Only those who goes down the tunnel to it can survive. In the tunnel is a month of canned food and a month of water also a long distance communicator to ask for retrival.

Tensions continue to rise between the Red Bear Army tribe and the colony of Primus Orios. While Primus Orios prepares to defend itself from attack, a number of colonists have been murdered, possibly from tribesman.
Thus far, fourteen deaths have been announced, including a colonial government leader and his family. Twelve of the deaths occured outside the boundaries of the fort area, but most disturbing is that two occured within city limits in broad daylight without any witnesses. All deaths were very clean, leading to the belief that they may have been done by the Red Bear Army assassination squad.
The leader of the Red Bear Army tribe has not said whether or not the deaths were by the squad, nor whether they were ordered by him or even condoned by him.
However, Primus Orios colonists have been awoken the last three nights by the sounds of yelling, screams and heavy drumming. It seems that a large number of tribesmen are reveling in a war dance, meant to intimidate the enemy. Though the sounds are several miles away from the colony, they are loud and deep, and are coming closer each night.

In addition to the recent killings, a number of colonists have gone missing. Six were taken at various times today - all were outside of the colony walls gathering materials for their households.
One man returned today, released by his captors. The heavily injured man was unable to provide substantial information, as he was blindfolded the few hours that we under capture. However, upon release, the man told his area official that he wanted to move his family back to the Primus Orios mainland.
This incident has led to a mass call for evacuation. Many colonists gathered for a town meeting to discuss the situation, and as many as several hundred are expected to ask to be evacuated as well in the coming days. If the government allows them to leave, it is expected that most others will follow suit.
The question is, what will the government do in response to these calls for colonial evacuation by hundreds of families?

Kaiser Thomas has put the colony on LOCK DOWN. All Primus Orios cities and forts are locking down and the supplies needed will be brought by plane from home. Also due to Primus Orios being flooded with refugees from Kalecton they need the space at home. But Kaiser Thomas understands this and has evacuated all civilians and had guards be at the entrance of the planes to make sure no Red Bear Army assaisains enter. All cities has been replace by soldiers and until the Red Bear Army is defeated the army shall stay there.
Kaiser Thomas sent the agriculture supplies to the Red Bear Army along with a picture of a mushroom cloud explosion saying, "Please stop threatening our people or the mushroom cloud will need to suck up an entire city of yours."

With the colonists evacuated, violence has stopped between the tribe and the colony. However, all may not be at an end.
Intelligence suggests that the Leader of the Red Bear Army clan has taken the mushroom message to mean something entirely different from its intention. Mushrooms are a sacred fungus to a number of civilizations in the New World, including the Red Bear Army. Thus, the image has seemed to cause a sense of peace among the warmongering nation, since it seemed to show their people that the colonists may respect their traditions.
However, intelligence also suggests that a strong faction within the clan wants to go to battle, even though it is clear they are at a distinct disadvantage and have little chance for victory.
The leader is undecided, thus far, on the next course of action.

Kaiser Thomas sends a confinscated (although the Red Bears don't know this) mushroom cult gold statue, 10 feet high, the mushroom statue looks like a nuclear cloud mushroom because the cult praised death. The statue was sent with only a note saying, "From your friends, the colonists."

The statue was accepted by the Red Bear Army tribe, but it is unknown what has become of it and how it was accepted.
Meanwhile, intelligence indicates that a number of Red Bear Army soldiers, armed with rifles, sabers, axes and other simple weaponry, is marching toward the the colonial fort. Their numbers range anywhere from 5,000 to 15,000. Whether or not they are following the lead of their government is unknown at this time.
This information was reported by one of Primus Orios's intelligence officers. The other two with him at the time were killed while fleeing back towards the colony.

Planes overhead the soldiers and boxes of what is labeled as the "Mushroom miracle drug" the Head of Cabinet told his colleuges that it was just some confinscated LSD and hopefully that will turn them back.
Despite the DEFCON 5 in the homeland
DEFCON 2 has been put on at the colonies- Full scale war. Now all cities and forts are at very high alert.
