XIII. Head of International Relations

A. Rights & Duties
- Gathers informations about regions suitable for an alliance.
- Presents them in the Senate, and report it to the Head of Senate.
- When the Senate agree with the alliance, arrange it.
- Keeps the friendship between International Nations and it's allies.
- Can assign ambassadors to allied regions when required.
- Informs the Head of Defence when military action is required by our allies.

B. Terms & requirements
-Is to be elected by senate every other 21st

Self explanatory. I think that this post is more important than being a sub-office. Also, i don't like the idea of appointing people - it's not democratic. This amendment only fix the duties of the Head of IR, and regularize it.

Deutschgarten should stay in his office until the next elections.

Looks good to me, I put the idea of sub-offices in their in case a new job came up, or for things less involved in government such as Head of RPG. But Head of International Relations shouldn't be a sub office I agree. Maybe add in the ability to assign ambassadors to each ally region.
