II. Law of International Nations
Order of Elections
1. General elections have to be held on the 21st of every other month. Candidates for the positions (Head of Senate, Head of International Relations, Head of Defence) must announce their intention until the 21st. If there was only one candidate on the 21st, no election needed, the candidate will be appointed as an acting official.
2. Acting Officials. In case of absence, inactivity or retirement the Founder has the right to appoint an acting official, unless when more than one canditate presents. In this case, the Head of Senate must start an interim election.
All members of the senate have the right to call for an interim election against an acting official. The Head of Seante must start the election immediately.
3. No-confidence provision All members of the senate have the right to propose a no-confidence provision against an elected official. 75% of the votes needed to hold an interim election.

Let me explain this. The last election was quite chaotic...i think this law will solve a lot of problems. The new things are the "acting" officials. So, why we need this? I don't think that having an option "somebody else" is sufficent. When only one senator interested, this will leave us without a head senator for example, which is eh, funny. I think it's much better to appoint this candidate without an election, but leave an option for real elections - in the future. This would be more efficient, and more democratic. Elections with one candidate aren't democratic at all. Leavin this "elected" senator in office for 2 months.... So, what do u think?

But if only one person is interested then they will just become the head of whatever not an acting thing.

the election with one canditate...well it's not an election. That's the reason cuz i included the option for a real election....
When only one person interested, i don't see any reason for an election. However, if somebody else is interested in the future, he/she can call for an election. This way(acting thing), we'll remain democratic without time-wasting.
