Ok, I dafted one up, tell me what ya' think!
Constution Daft
I. Citizenship
A. All nation located within International Nations are citizens
B. All nations doing spy work for International Nations are citizens
C. All nations deployed to other regions for military useage are citizens
II. Senate
A. All nations in International Nations are a senator
B. All laws must be passed by a 60% majority of senator
C. All voting polls are to be set up by Cheif Senator
III. Cheif Senator
A. Rights & Job Duties
-Cheif Senator has the right to set up all voting polls
-Cheif Senator has the right to be a MOD on the forum
-Cheif Senator has the right to appoint a Vice Cheif Senator
B. Terms & requirements
-A new Cheif Senator is to be elected every month on the 21st
-A person cannot serve 3 terms in a row
-Must be in the senate to run
C. Vice Cheif Senator
-Is to be appointed by Cheif Senator
-Can be replaced at anytime at the Cheif Senator's wishes
-Can set up voting polls
-Acts as Cheif Senator in times of absense, inactiveness, and impeachment
IV. Head Delegate
A. Rights & Job Duties
-Head Delegate is in charge of UN affairs
-Head Delegate has the right to be a MOD on the forum
-Head Delegate can veto any bill passed by senate that has less then 75% support
B. Terms & requirements
-Must be in the UN
-Is elected in the tradtional endorsement
V. Founder
A. Rights
-Be a MOD on the forum
-can veto any bill passed by senate that has less then 85% support
-Give MOD status to anyone on the forum
-Can give out Pardons
VI. Impeachment
A. If a crime is comitted by a government official an impeachment can take place
at the wishes of the senate
B. Can only be veto by founder
C. Impeached at 65% approval rate
VII. Crimes
A. Spying on International Nations for a forgen region
B. Multible accounts on the forum
C. punishment is to be given by Judge Master with founders approval
VIII. Judge Master
A. Is to hear out and pass judgment on all trails
B. Can deal punishment with founders approval
C. Is to be elected by Senate and serve until
inactiveness, Impeachment, retirement, or leaving International Nations
D. Founder is to act as Judge Master in absense of an elected Judge Master
IX. Head Of Defence
A. Rights & Duties
-Is in charge of the military and leading regional attacks
-Has right to be a MOD on the forum
B. Terms & requirements
-Is to be elected by senate every other 21st
-Must be in the UN
X. RPG Cheif & Head of Recruiment
A. Both are to be appointed by founder or Head Delegate
B. Both are allowed to hold adishanl offices
C. Serve until Inactiveness, retirement, or leaving International Nations
XI. Terms of office
A. Cannot hold multible offices unless it's Head of Recruitment or RPG Cheif
XII. Amendments
A. Must be passed with 75% approval of senate

What do you mean by "Additional rights are to be determined by each individual country"? The regional Constution, has nothing to w/ the rpg part of NS. It's easyest to think of this like nations are people and International Nations our country. Or maybe I missed the point, please explan.  -Nibu |

In other words, the polls for voting on the constitution will be on Monday, Febuary 26th.

It's nice. Then the Constitution should be approved by 25 nations (as we have 42 nations currently in our region)
The forum's got only 11 members.
This constitution warrants an old-fashioned direct democracy (the greeks used that...) which is fine, but i think it will not work.
Instead, we should form parties, a parliament. Then the active members will do the political stuff.
Think about it.

Well, in theory that’s really what this is. I mean, only people who join the forum are really "senator" b/c others choice not to get involved. It a majority vote that gets things passed isn't that how it would work within the parties/parliament you speak of?
Our region has grown pretty fast; I'd like to think that more will join the forum soon. I've founded several regions and used a system like this one and it has worked out nicely. I'm going to open voting for how it is now, we can always admen it later, or simply not pass it if people feel it's not ready let. Although I rather see it pass to be changed later, b/c it would at least change the government from dictatorship/kingdom to a democratic styled one.

Then not all "citizens" considered as senators.
In my interpretation, if somebody doesn't vote, that means "no opinion".
these should be included in the draft, if it's right.
Yes, majority votes in parliement too, but it sounds more interesting...just an idea.

Well, we can change the wording to have it say;

Also, i'm not sure if I misunderstand you, but I don't see a reason to add details about the "no opinion" choice. I just add it for those who wish people to kno they hav no opinion, odd yes, but in other regions people hav felt this way.

Ok. Let me to explain.
Currently,we have 11 members(senators).
Say, 5 of them will agree the law, one of them will disagree.The rest of them will simply don't vote.
We can say that 5 vote is sufficient, cuz we've got only one opposing.
But, 5 is not the 60% of 11.
See the point?

I see your point. I guess we can change it to have it 60% of senators who have vote support, but I think it to be trivial and most people would understand what it meant. But, i've seen hell over trivial things, best to change it at some point.
