Complicated story. Refounding is basically that everyone who's active moves out of the region, and then the Regional Delegate PW-protects the region, and kicks out the inactive people before moving out himself. With 0 nations in the region, that region is dead. Then, someone will create a region with the same name with himself as founder. And then everyone from the old region (those who are active at least) move there.

Indeed, there is strength in numbers. The hassels of refounding would be more of a burden than a blessing to us right now. what we need is to wait until auto is inactive for sure, like after 45 days or so. And even then we should invite him to come to the new region.

No.Our enemies might attack us if we don't refound. With an active founder, a region is invulnarable....a founder doesn't have influence, he can kick invaders/pw protect a region without regulations. And, a founder can restrict the delegate from doing these things...thus, with an active founder, nobody could invade us.

I can put a text on the WFE saying that the region is moving. Th new region is ready, the name is "The International Nations".
Also, i would like to announce that i will not take the delegate post in the new region. In this region, even a delegate-change would be dangerous...
So, considering that we don't even have a Head of Senate, i'm creating a poll.
