Kinda. I haven't yet received any sort of replies from Russian Identity. I think I'll draw up a non-agression agreement along the lines of:
- Aero City does not attack IN or any of its provinces. IN will not attack Aero City or any of its provinces (conquered regions exempted)
- Aero City and IN cease all sort of harassment between each other. The one who breaks this will be punished one way or another (the anti-Teivo clause)

Heh, I always wanted to refound, I personally never really thought Auto should have been the founder. Although that's only because I thought i'd be a better founder and wanted to replace him >_<
