Right, I swallowed my pride and sent some TGs to Russian Identity and his puppet, and he sent this:

I'm not sure negotiations will work as i am fairly sure we have been infiltrated by Debro possibly though he will have a nasty surprise one day i'm sure

Perhaps you should discipline Kazzerland/Defensive Spy and turf out the spies which you have put inside my region. Then we can chat.

Teivostan is simply one of our nations-it is our right to protect him. Why are you going after our region for it? He has moved on.
