I think it would be a good idea for the region to get a flag that nations could use if they wanted to. It would be very good for puppet nations that go out to other regions and make allies.
What do you think?

I say no to the regional flag idea. It pressure nations to conform and gets rid of indivduality. I think we should have a regional currnecy instead.

Well they could use it if they wanted 2 but it would be mainly for puppet nations.

A united currency gets rid of individuality far more. A flag is just a symbol of our alliance. We'd still have all our own flags, I presume. But currency is a far bigger step. The flag for the EU came well before the euro.

Yes, but european nations still use their own flag... And people care less about what their currency is, than what their flag or national animal is.

we could just make a flag which would represent our region- but nations wouldnt have to use it- e.g the flag of the E.U signifies. . well the E.U! but each country has thier own flag. it should be like that. that way we keep our individual identity and crate a larger regional identity- plus it could perhaps be used for puppet nations, but thats it.

Yeah, i don't think this flag represents all of us, but but it seems to me that the whole thing stuck;In my opinion the regional flag was a good idea. (voluntary, of course. I lean to agree with you and Alida&syren...maybe we could use the flag in the forum's header...?) So we should discuss about our comman goals,values,interests - and we can make a flag regarding that. As a head of senate, I will encourage that anyway(It's elections time  ) |

I support the flag idea, but don't have an extremely peaceful one. My nation prefers to have a large standing army and navy
