I've never been able to find it. Sounds like an inverse Brave New World from what I heard.

It sounds like a rip off of 1984 to me personally. To be fair, though, I havne't read Jeniffer Government.

Huxley & Orwell are ones of my favourites....but i don't like clones at all....like the series of Matrix. Poor copy of the Gibson books. Cyberpunk did it 10-15 years earlier

I've read the Da Vinci Code. It's alright, but I don't think all the attention it's getting is justified.
Although that is an extremely conformist view! I better order some early 20th century stuff fast before I start becoming a populist...

lol. I've been reading a lot of Ray Bradbury. I love the way he writes, it makes me rethink my philosophies and his metaphors are just so... descriptive.

True... Dan Brown's books are good. Orwell's too (I'm not going to bother listing the rest). I think we're getting off-topic though

I'm not sure, either. I think it's like one of those words that triggers some kind of deep trauma, like the the way a gunshot rouses old Vietnam veterans, or the way a snide pop-culture reference makes Seth MacFarlane's friends and family shudder.
