Why, how old is he now? What are the drinking laws in his country? Is he liable to drink too much?

I'm 16 now, so I CAN buy alcohol in Holland. And ride a moped (or something). Anyway, thanks!
Before you ask, I can't drink strong alcoholic drinks yet. you need to be 18 for that
