Peace declared throughout all Tribuo! national leaders of the once warring territories have created a new government, and elected a small group of delegates to lead Tribuo into a new age.
The man to lead them has been elected as the Leader of Tribuo is the man only known as the Plain Clothes Ninja, he who once commanded the armies and led them into battle, will now command the united nations.
The Spiritual Leaders are to set up new temples across the land, to teach the wonders of Ongbak, a Religion and Martial Art, based around the flowing of spirit through the body, any and all other religions are banned and deviation is punishable by death. ongbak is lead by the four, who are determined by fighting ability, every five years a tournament is held to decide who is the most enlightened and deserving.
The Law will be controlled entirely by the National Order Keepers. For petty crimes there is a second chance, for breakers of the second chance and more serious crimes, there is only the death penalty.
Small businesses are encouraged and allowed, large chains spanning too much of the nation shall be cut down to size to allow more small businesses. there need be no warning for this, the NOK's word is the law, and their actions are unarguable.
The elections shall be held once per five years, a Person may stay in power as long as they like, as long as they remain voted into power. he must name a second in command, who will take over in event of an assassination. however to gain the right to lead a man must have served in the military and be of exceptional fighting ability. he must also face the four leaders of Ongbak, to gain their approval to run. whether he wins or not is not of importance.
not all people are equal, people are judged by their spirit, and ability. nothing else. you may not judge a man you have not fought in combat, this is called Blind Judgement, and is considered a petty crime.
we value tourism, and welcome visitors, however break any law and you will be cast from our borders. if you resist force will be used.
our Army is small but well trained, it is an honour to serve, and only the best make it through the camps.
