Owtopia was once a land of dangerous barbarians who constantly fought for control. One day, a chief named Owen conquered all other tribes and unified the country. He made himself dictator and when he died, OwenII controlled the land. Now, Emporer OwenXIII XIV rules the prosperous Owtopia.
