Yeah maybe a military alliance. How much of your fleet can we use? Also could we have the latest naval tech? In exchange you will get a basic by standards of our government but deadly hacking program and we will blanket your nation under the sattellite scrambler system and tell your tech guys how to work it, okay?

Half the navy (about 40-50 ships, I'm not sure about the number yet), although the flagship isn't included. This includes normal battleships ('ship destroyers'), AA destroyers, submarine destroyers, cruisers ('siege ships') and aircraft carriers.

As for the hacking program and scrambler system, awesome (does double-thumbs up). I'll call for our naval technology concepts and engineers which will travel to Primus Orios soon after.
