-All technologies which can protect and save lives must be shared throughout the Member Nations.
-Creation of the United Republican Bank.
-Creation of a Newly Designed National ID system. Different per Member Nation and each ID has a barcode on it so that it can be scanned and quickly brought up on computer and yet have information on the person so that it can beused without a scanner. Has a picture on it.
-All civilians inside each member nation is allowed to go to another member nation with only their countries id.

Military Benefits

-If a Member Nation is attacked by another Nation outside of the alliance all member nations must send some kind of support while the National Alliance Military is brought into action to defend the nation.
- Part of the armed forces diverted for peacekeeping (optional)
-The Laws of War shall be decided on a later date.
-1/5th of each countries Military budget shall be put into the protection of each member nation.
-Each nation owns a branch in our National military.

The Senate
- The United Republican Senate is created.
-Each Member Nation must have an approved Senate Building.
-Each Member Nation must have an elected official as senators regardless of their government type.
-Any senator from a nation can be elected to an office within the senate.
-Supreme Court room is Created.


Senator Number

-Maximum Number of Senators at this time Undecided
-You get Senators by one of many ways.
-For having a country you get 2 senators.
-For having a colony you get 2 senators.
-If you declare a war without Senate Approval you lose half of your votes.
-If you attack another nation without provocation you lose half of your votes whether or not you declare war.
-If you declare war because of religion or race you lose all of your votes and you'll have to make amends to the nation in question and to the Senate until you can vote again.
-If you declare war on another member nation you lose all of your votes until you make amends or the senate agrees with a 2/3 vote that you may come back.
- If a General of a leader of a member nation goes against the will of the leader and declares war on another country the Senate shall declare war on the general and the Member Nation shall lose half of his votes until he has proven he is against the general. If at any time even after getting his votes back is in league with the General then he shall lose his votes and the senate will declare war on him if 2/3rds of the senate feel he is a danger.
- Should you promote peace in the world by iniating talks between 2 sides gain 1 senator.
-Should you help less fortunate countries/peoples or aid a country after a big disaster gain 1 senator.
-If you have regular people involved in your government to stop world wide dictatorship gain 1 senator.
-Cannot exceed maximime number of senators.
-Max number of senators is determined by Number of senators each Nation has, divided by 2, plus 2.
