Kaiser Thomas wants peace so he offers these terms to end the major war happening:
-W.K. and E.K. reunite
-W.K. and her allies will end the wars (Owtopia and krayfish)
-Kazzer will give 5 billion of compensation to every nation that participated for the UR
-Kazzer will make the united Kazzerland a Constitutional monarchy, where Kazzer, you, will have more of a ceremonial title, but since your so proud of your military you can be the commander of only 100 men.
-The military will stay the same
-a democratic system is to be set up
Kazzer, do you wish to change any terms? Also, CIW leaders, how about you?

No need to pay the CIW. I barely did anything (I sort of couldn't do anything, as I was always inactive when the major action happened. Damn time zone!)
And besides, the official casualty count is 1, and the one is just because someone slipped and fell off a naval ship, into the cold waters. BTW he survived

OOC:Primus, I think you should releive Owtopia of his title, he's been abusing his title far too much.
And also, I kinda feel bad about leaving the war before it ends. And I'm suprised he agreed, I didn't think he'd agree to 100 men only...

Casinecro, he means that Kazzer himself can only have 100 men. The rest of the military will stay the same.
